Norb has over 12 years of financing, consulting, and underwriting experience. Over his career, Norb has successfully closed over 35 financing transactions totaling over $500 million. He has extensive knowledge of the various types of financing tools available to businesses.

Norb is currently a Senior Business Development Officer at Principal Resources, a financing company, providing growth capital to new and emerging businesses. In this role, he has provided essential capital to over 30 growing businesses.

Previously, Norb was an Underwriter and Business Development Officer for Fleet Capital (now Bank of America Business Capital), the nations largest asset-based lender. Through creative use of cash flow and asset based financing, Norb has worked extensively with equity firms and investments bankers to successfully close numerous deals. Primarily, these financing transactions provided capital for mergers and acquisitions.

Norb is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Norb and his family reside in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
