Mike Roudi is a product marketing and management executive with extensive experience in hi-tech consumer & small-business marketing. He has more than 18 years experience at 4 different companies developing and marketing bundled communications products and services. Mike has an unswerving record of solving business problems proactively as well as responding to crisis in real-time by quickly identifying the root causes and implementing a solution. As a result, he is known for creating and executing product marketing plans that consistently exceed objectives.

Mike is currently the Founder & President of MCR Partners – a product marketing consulting firm launched in 2004. As the President, he has overall responsibility for acquiring new clients, and managing existing client relationships. He also provides consulting services to communications and hi-tech companies in matters regarding their product strategies, organizational transformation, business processes, and management practices.

Prior to founding his own company, Mike held VP and SVP marketing positions at VarTec Telecom and Excel Communications (VarTec acquired Excel in 2002). He was responsible for the product marketing and management of the U.S. long distance and wireless product portfolios for the $1.3 billion global telecom company. During his tenure, he led the team that launched and managed a wireless MVNO product portfolio. Product profitability was achieved by increasing the product's gross margin by more than 30% and reducing the cost of acquisition by more than 50%. Mike also led the team that launched a new long distance dial-around product that achieved a 65% increase in response rate and is now on a run-rate to achieve more than $300 million per year in revenue.

Prior to Excel, Mike spent 13 years at AT&T in various consumer product marketing positions. His last position was Marketing Operations Director for the AT&T PrePaid Card Division where he led the team that implemented a prepaid card platform for the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club account in less than 90 days. Today, this account is the single largest prepaid card merchant in the U.S. Mike is a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Caldwell College.
