Mary Pat Wood is the founder and principal of Green Zapato Consulting, LLC, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in financial reporting and compliance services. She parlayed the success of Green Zapato into a joint venture, Stock Plan Solutions/Green Zapato LLC, which provides comprehensive stock plan administration solutions to small and mid-sized public and private companies.

Mary Pat has vast experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, stock plan administration, budgeting/forecasting and investor relations. She served in a senior financial management position with Prism Mortgage Company (now RBC Mortgage), a leading brick-and-mortar and online mortgage brokerage company, where she managed key aspects of Prism's IPO and ongoing "public-company" functions. She also held various managerial positions at PLATINUM technology, inc., which was one of the largest independent software companies in the world before its acquisition in 1999. While at PLATINUM, Mary Pat was responsible for all SEC reporting, and she addressed accounting and acquisition-related issues, supervised investor relations activities and managed securities offerings. Mary Pat's career began at KPMG LLP, where she supervised audit engagements.

Mary Pat is a graduate of DePaul University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Equity Professional and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the National Center for Employee Ownership. She serves on the board of directors for the Young Irish Fellowship Club, a charitable organization dedicated to raising money for charities in the Chicagoland area. Mary Pat resides in Chicago with her husband and daughter.
