A: We develop an initial “target package” of up to 25 organizations that, in our judgment, would be suitable for purchasing your products or services. This list will be updated regularly as opportunities present themselves.

A: You’ll meet with the person in charge of acquiring your product or service--the Senior Marketing Officer, EVP of Global Strategy, Director of Procurement, etc. Our unique top-down referral process ensures warm greetings and a receptive audience.
Q: Am I obligated to do business with Key’s targets?
A: No. You have complete discretion and control over all terms of any proposal made to a Target Organization as well as over all terms of any agreement reached with a Target Organization.
Q: What is Key Partner’s fee structure?
A: We charge a modest advance against commission and a bonus based on particular revenue milestones. The amounts/percentages are negotiable.
Q: Who covers Key Partner’s expenses?
A: Key Partners is solely responsible for all expenses incurred by us in performance of our responsibilities unless, by mutual consent, the use of third-party vendors becomes necessary.
Q: Will you represent the competition?
A: No--our agreement has a strict non-compete provision.

A: Our Performance Guarantee allows you to cancel our agreement within the first 30 days for a full refund. |
