David has over 20 years of successful experience in a mix of business disciplines ranging from Program / Project Management, Process Management and Process Improvement in Professional Services to Sales and Marketing. He is also experienced in many facets of Competitive Intelligence and possesses a wide range of research capabilities from advanced skills in search linguistics online and offline data collection techniques.
He has been trained in Six Sigma methodologies and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for networks. David has received numerous executive awards for Excellence in Service and Top Sales at companies such as GE Capital ITS (Shinning Stars Award), Nortel Networks (Gold Pride Award) and numerous awards at other companies.
David was responsible for Architecting, Developing and Implementing, Project Management Office (PMO) best practices. These best practices were repeatable and ISO 9000 and TL 9000 certified within Fortune 500 companies. End results were; ease of use, increased quality and millions of dollars in bottom-line savings! In the mid 1980's he was a Vice President of a local National Van Lines agency, which had two facilities in the Chicago area.
He is also the founder of the "Pay-It-FORWARD Networking Group" a local Chicagoland support group that provides free consultation and support to those in transition. Network members range from administration personnel and professionals to executives at all levels in cross industries. He is also an active steering committee member of various executive and networking groups. David has also been a motivational speaker, sharing his experiences in Self Help, Information Technology and Business Improvements for many years.
